You are invited to join us as we celebrate the "Annual Banks County Agriculture Awards Banquet" to be held on Tuesday\, November 7\, 2016 at 6:30pm. \n\n \n\nThe event will be held at Mt Carmel Baptist Church in Banks County located at 2405 Hwy 52\, Lula Ga. A dinner will be served. Please RSVP to the Banks County Extension office @ 706-677-6230 or by email   uge1011@uga.edu by November 1\, 2015.\n\n \n\nAwards being presented are: Farmer of the Year\, Woman in Agriculture\, and Agribusiness of the Year. Youth awards presented are the winners of the Farm Bureau Youth Awards in the following categories: Art Contest Winner\, Coloring Contest Winner\, and Poster Contest Winner.\n\n \n\nHost Sponsors are: Banks County Farm Bureau\, Banks County Chamber CVB\, Regions Bank\, and Banks County Extension. Other generous sponsors will be recognized at the banquet.\n\n \n\nFarm-City Week will also be celebrated along with the rich history of agriculture and farming in Banks County and Georgia. \n\n \n\nWe look forward to seeing you!
