DESCRIPTION:2014 Banks County Holiday Festival\n\n\n\nPlease join us for the 2014 Banks County Holiday Festival and Parade August 30\, 2014.   The Parade begins at 10:00 AM at the Banks County Elementary School ending up at the festival location in the courtyard of the Banks County Historic Courthouse in Downtown Homer\, GA.   There are still spaces available for Vendors.   A portion of the proceeds from the festival will be divided between the: Georgia Sheriff's Youth Homes and Banks County Feed the Kids Back  Pack Program.
